CNC2 - Palliative Care - Coffs Harbour Health Campus - Perm Part Time

1. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with at least 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience and post graduate qualifications with at least 3 years full time experience in the relevant field

2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and also to work collaboratively with clients, carers, the multidisciplinary team and services across the continuum
3. Proven high level of organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet competing demands and KPIs
4. High level communication skills and proven ability to implement change and practice development across a multidisciplinary team using current evidence and research
5. Demonstrated capacity to provide clinical governance and leadership, and experience in the provision of education to peers, clients and other service providers.
6. Current NSW driver's license and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes
7. Evidence of providing a complex palliative care client centred consultancy practice in the community setting.
8. Demonstrated commitment and understanding of palliative care client focussed care, and evidence based practice and the ability to support a palliative care team implement changes in clinical practice and service models.
