Clinical Trials NUM1 - Mid North Coast Cancer Institute - Coffs Harbour

1. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
2. Demonstrated experience in managing a nursing team and fostering a cohesive and harmonious culture.
3. Evidence of the ability to balance workload with competing priorities..
4. Willingness to work as part of the MNCCI management team and promote the unique role of clinical trials as part of patient care options.
5. Demonstrated ability to work with Clinical Trials Sponsors while upholding the policies and procedures of NSW Health.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage and understand the revenue and expenditure budget as it relates to the Clinical Trials Unit.
7. Evidence of contribution to the development of procedures and evidence-based nursing practice.
8. Demonstrated ability to roster and allocate staff appropriately.
