Clinical Pharmacist (Oncology) - Coffs Harbour Health Campus -Temp Fulltime

1. Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and postgraduate qualifications in a Diploma of Clinical Pharmacy or any other relevant postgraduate qualifications AND a minimum of 6 months experience in the relevant specialty OR not less than 3 years’ experience in hospital pharmacy including not less than 12 months experience in the relevant specialty.
2. Extensive experience in the provision of advanced clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting with a demonstrated understanding of contemporary practice in clinical pharmacy, quality use of medicines and knowledge of relevant state and national policies that facilitate medication safety. 
3. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with Pharmacy staff and other members of the healthcare team and clients and a demonstrated ability of problem solving skills
4. Commitment to participate in ongoing professional development and experience in the provision of educational sessions to the multidisciplinary healthcare team and clients
5. Proven record of significant contribution to medication safety and quality assurance activities
6. Previous experience in providing high level hospital pharmacy oncology and haematology services.
7. Proven time management and problem solving skills.
8. Demonstrated skills in service planning, ability to implement initiatives and provide ongoing review to ensure continual quality enhancement of the pharmacy service for oncology/haematology.
