Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 - Cardiac Assessment / Exercise Stress Test Nurse - Cardiology Services - PMBH

1. Current registered nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant cardiology post-registration qualifications or working towards, and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified cardiology post-graduate qualification, or such other qualification or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the organization.
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, and as part of a multidisciplinary team
3. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development
4. Demonstrated ability in leading and initiating activities to improve service delivery and patient clinical outcomes
5. Demonstrated ability to apply advanced clinical expertise in exercise stress testing, cardiac education and make decisions that support positive patient/family outcomes within the cardiology field
6. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
7. Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purpose
