Selection Criteria

1. Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgeon.
2. Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Otolaryngologist – Head and Neck Surgery at the role delineation of the service.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
4. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated and proven commitment to regional health in terms of ENT - HNS clinical care, research and education.
6. Demonstrated close working relationship with regional healthcare and cancer networks
7. Demonstrated leadership and commitment to training and supporting future regional ENT-HNS workforce
8. Demonstrate willingness to participate in closing the gap schemes with respect to General ENT - HNS and Head Neck Oncologic Disease
