This vacancy is for Temp Full Time and/or Part Time 12 - 24 month appointments with the possibility of ongoing employment.

Your Role: 

As a midwife in this position, you’ll deliver evidence-based care focused on women’s health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective midwifery care that reflects current standards of midwifery practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
• Enhancing health outcomes for women through skilled and compassionate care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• A strong understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
