About the Role:
As the Taskforce Project Lead, you will lead and drive transformational projects aligned with the efficiency improvement programs identified by the Taskforce. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes, systems, and technology, ensuring the sustainability of outcomes. Reporting to the Executive Sponsor, this role requires you to provide strategic direction, expert project management, and innovative problem-solving to achieve impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement transformational project plans, coordinate execution, and manage risks, issues, and scope.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership: Engage stakeholders to align resources, address barriers, and drive innovative solutions.
- Governance and Reporting: Ensure governance compliance, provide timely reporting, and prepare key documents.
- Strategic Advice and Decision-Making: Offer expert advice on project delivery, budgets, milestones, and problem-solving.
- Risk and Change Management: Oversee risks and competing demands to ensure on-time, sustainable delivery of transformational change.
