About Your Role

As a patient centred professional, you will have endless opportunities to work in a truly diverse role flowing across our acute, aged care and emergency departments providing exceptional clinical care. This presents an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a collaborative and supportive team while developing skills and experience in how a complex referral service operates as well as developing strong interpersonal communication skills and robust care coordination skills. Further, the successful applicant will be practising skills associated with assessing referrals for prioritising and appropriate access to services, while liaising with clients, families and other health professionals for best client outcomes.
