- Holds unconditional registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- Demonstrated experience in innovative service planning and policy development and experience of driving clinical governance and quality improvement activities.
- Demonstrated success in building effective teams and relationships with colleagues, staff and patients
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate clinical teams, displaying high level negotiation and management skills and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of health system funding and Activity Based Funding
- Experience in clinical research and an ability to promote research.
- Demonstrated commitment to behaviours which align to the NSW Health CORE values and MLHD Values, goals and strategies.
