As the Whole of Hospital Manager, you will be based as MLHD's Griffith Base Hospital. The Griffith Base Hospital is undergoing a $250 million redevelopment which is on track for completion in 2025. About the role

The Whole of Hospital Manager will be responsible for driving the Whole of Hospital Program and collaborate with General Managers to establish the local governance structure, program teams and strategies to enact change. Additionally, the role will provide leadership to the Quality, WHS and Infection Control processes within the facility. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Identify strategic opportunities to improve performance using Redesign or other service improvement methodologies
• Coordinate projects and report to senior management on access to care
• Advise and support clinical and Service Leaders for agreed projects including whole of health and winter planning strategies
• Prepare reports and high quality presentations for a variety of stakeholders
• Oversee Local Program Governance
• Network with Peer Local Program leads to facilitate sharing of information and experience across NSW
• Assist the General Manager with implementing strategies to improve quality and safety within Griffith Base Hospital
• Have oversight of NSQHS implementation at Griffith Base Hospital
