From processing invoices and reconciling accounts to liaising with suppliers and supporting the asset management team with timely and efficient administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service, ensuring a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, facilitating timely access to people and services and supporting a positive opinion of the health service.
- Complete a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the service.
- Make decisions and take initiative in relation to day-to-day operational matters, performing according to established work practices and procedures, working under general instruction and broad supervision.
- Provide assistance with more complex tasks or projects and provide relief for other staff as required, to support efficiency and quality within the service and team.
- Support the manager and team with quality activities to ensure ongoing improvement in local processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven intermediate / advanced computer competency and strong keyboard skills with speed and accuracy, including high level experience with database systems.
- Leadership skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Demonstrated strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional services to all clients.
- Demonstrated ability to organise meetings, take minutes and associated procedures.
