Workforce Support and Analytics Officer (Admin Off. Lvl 6)- Liverpool Hospital- Temp FT

- Relevant qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Human Resources, Business Management and/or Statistics
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative and clerical support.
- High level computer literacy including experience with relevant HR technologies including, Human Resources Information Systems, Recruitment Systems, Learning Management Systems and Microsoft applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation in a variety of formats and situations including written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prepare, and critically review, all written documents including correspondence, minutes, briefs and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain databases and integrity of data.
- Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and report writing with attention to detail regarding human resource key performance indicators
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to workplace issues
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with limited direction as to work priorities with demonstrated experience managing and meeting deadlines
