position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as
possible.
- Qualifications in Work Health and Safety and/or risk management and/or SMS auditing or working knowledge of the Work, Health and Safety legislation, Standards and Codes of practice and understanding of Safety Management Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS and Wellbeing policies and programs that have assisted an organisation achieve its outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, presenting and evaluating WHS training programs.
- Demonstrated data reporting experience and ability to utilise incident and claims management systems to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate control strategies.
- Demonstrate experience in facilitating change in a large work environment.
- Demonstrated high level negotiation, mediation skills and communication skills(written/verbal).
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage projects in a high volume work area while managing competing priorities.
