Selection Criteria:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to identify concerns when communicating with others.
- Ability to work as an effective member of the team and under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work demands.
- Good knowledge and understanding of risk management, safety and quality principles and the role of the wardsperson in applying these principles.
- Commitment to the delivery of safe, compassionate and patient centred care.
