- Relevant tertiary qualifications or related studies or practical experience.
- Experience as a healthcare leader in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in coaching managers and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to role model CORE values.
- Demonstrated coaching and high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage constructive relationships and partnerships within SWSLHD.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
