Team Leader, Specialist Integrated Service for Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Assault - Albion Street Centre
Selection Criteria
1. Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award or Health & Community Psychologists (State) Award and demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning
2. Extensive post graduate clinical experience in trauma specific service provision in sexual assault, domestic violence and child protection and commitment to integrated ways of working with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse.
3. Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels
4. Proven ability to provide high level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery including demonstrated capacity to provide clinical supervision around violence abuse and neglect issues, in addition to a demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning.
5. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, work in partnership with key stakeholders and to apply independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a complex nature
6. Ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement initiatives and service evaluation processes and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff
7. Current NSW Drivers Licence.
