Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Recognised tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology
Registration in line with Award requirements: Professional full registrations with AHPRA or eligibility for membership to appropriate professional association if required. For Clinical Psychologist Masters/Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology with AHPRA full Registration.

Selection Criteria:
- Understanding and commitment to Recovery Oriented model of mental health care.
- Advanced clinical experience and knowledge in a community mental health setting and experience in health service management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including implementing evidence based planning and service evaluation relevant to the recovery oriented case management team model of care.
- Demonstrated superior written, oral and interpersonal communication and time management skills.
- Experience in building partnership networks and working with government and nongovernment organisations.
- Knowledge of WSLH-MHS / NSW Health KPIs and willingness to ensure that team meets those KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, clinicians and managers within a large complex environment, with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia
