How would you manage NSW Health Local Health District (LHD) specific user reports where the requirements may vary over time and how would you ensure that it does not impact the general CHIME user base. In your answer, please detail any impacts that may occur if the reports are not properly managed/designed?

Please detail your experience with Infopath. In your answer please address the use of Infopath and how you will manage the distribution of these forms?

Please outline your experience in assisting the CHIME userbase, including taking Help Desk calls and logging problems, as well as using Solidis, Cherwell and ServiceNow.
