Speech Pathology Team Leader (Lvl 4) - Paediatrics (Primary and Community Health) - Temp FT

Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for full practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia. - Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in the provision of speech pathology services in a paediatric setting with clients with complex and diverse needs, preferably community health
- Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating quality improvement process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective internal and external partnerships.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical and administrative demands
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical leadership, supervision and education for staff and/or students
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence based practice (EBP) and experience implementing EBP into service planning and evaluation of service changes.
- Demonstrated experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse, vulnerable and/or at risk communities ensuring the provision of family centred care.
- Evidence of effectiveness in leadership and management
