Selection Criteria

1. Proven record of achievement in strategic planning, change management, team building and service development at a senior management level
2. Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3. Proven ability to manage a number of complex projects concurrently.
4. Understanding of SESLHD Mental Health Services external relationships including NSW government Departments, community, carer and consumer groups and NGOs.
5. Demonstrated high level of communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to liaise with and work in partnership with senior management from a variety of internal and external agencies.
6. Demonstrated experience in development, management and evaluation of service level agreements and MOU’s.
7. Demonstrated experience in the financial management of health services.
8. Current NSW driver's licence.
