- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant equivalent professional experience in the Mental Health Service environment or other related field
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability with a broad range of professional colleagues, clinical and administrative staff, research partners and research participants.
- Experience in clinical research with prior component of experience in clinical trial procedure and a demonstrated ability to conduct research and evaluation projects as required.
- Research and evaluation research, where the applicant has responsibility as principal researcher for the design, implementation, analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in statistical analysis, project development, data systems and relevant programs .
- Demonstrated excellence in grant, report writing, preparing manuscripts for publication, conference presentation of research material and or reporting on project progress.
- Demonstrated proficiency in outcome measurement, data collection and management and evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and record-keeping skills.
