Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Extensive relevant experience delivering measurable value improvements in procurement governance within a large, complex organisation.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop a diverse range of staff and implement training and development initiatives to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
