- Formal qualifications in Project Management and/or significant level of project management experience in implementing information systems and an understanding of patient flow in medical imaging departments.
- Extensive experience in implementing complex clinical information systems across multiple facilities in a Local Health District.
- Advanced ability to plan and manage projects in a high impact program through to completion in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Advanced demonstrated understanding of deploying eHealth applications with a focus on deploying COTS Products.
- Advanced demonstrated ability to create and manage a Project Team from various clinical backgrounds from start-up and form a cohesive team through to closing out the Project.
- Substantial demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining contemporary project plans and other project related documents as well as using MS Project Schedule or similar scheduling tool.
- Advanced demonstrated experience working with an extensive complex array of stakeholders from various professional backgrounds and organisations both from inside and outside LHDs.
- Valid Unrestricted driver’s license for use within NSW/Australia and ability to travel and stay overnight at locations throughout either LHD and locations such as Sydney.
