Where you'll be working

Ward 5 and Ward 7 at Ryde Hospital are vibrant general medical wards caring for patients with a wide range of conditions, including respiratory illnesses, complex infections, delirium, and other acute or chronic medical concerns.
Ryde Hospital is having an incredible $479 million complete hospital redevelopment that will transform the delivery of healthcare for the Ryde local community.
What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse at Ryde Hospital, you’ll join a supportive, highly skilled team of professionals who are passionate about safe, person-centred care. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and expand your clinical skills, working closely with patients who present with diverse and often complex needs. Our teams are committed to excellence in service delivery, collaborative care planning, and achieving positive outcomes for every patient.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
- Discuss a time you worked well with others, including how you supported a positive team culture and handle any conflict or disagreement.
