- Demonstrated experience and qualifications in Quality Management and/or Management in a health related discipline, including demonstrated knowledge and understanding of evidence based practice and clinical effectiveness
- Demonstrated sound understanding of accreditation processes across all clinical, support and corporate services within the NNSWLHD.
- Demonstrated ability to implement, monitor and evaluate quality programs – including the ability to consult, liaise and negotiate with all levels of staff, patients and external agencies and the ability to positively influence organisational change.
- Advanced working knowledge of computers, including word processing, databases (including web-based databases) and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal and people management skills, educational, planning, organisational, analytical and evaluation skills and abilities, including presentation skills
- Proven capacity to work autonomously with excellent time-management skills
- Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
