Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APHRA)
Vaccination Category: A+
Checks: National Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check

Selection Criteria
- Current notation as ‘Endorsed’ midwife by the Nurses and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality Midwifery care in a collaborative environment
- Demonstrated highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Current collaborative agreement as per Provision of Private Midwifery Services by Eligible Midwives in NSW Public Hospitals GL2015_014
