1) Describe a project that you were involved in from beginning to end. Describe your approach to coordinating activities, keeping the project on track and responding to complex issues (350 words).
2) Provide an example of when you worked with others to resolve a challenging problem. Describe the actions you took, what contributed to a successful outcome, and what you learned (350 words).
