  1. Current authority to practice as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  2. Significant postgraduate experience and knowledge in paediatric orthopaedics, and cerebral palsy.

  3. Demonstrated advanced level of clinical skills in paediatric orthopaedics, and cerebral palsy.

  4. Experience in supervision of physiotherapy staff and students

  5. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, (including negotiation and conflict resolution skills) and proven success in multidisciplinary team settings.

  6. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within clinical and administrative service demands.

  7. Demonstrated leadership skills in service delivery improvement activities and/or research
