Selection Criteria
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy degree and eligibility for registration with AHPRA and enrolment in an Intern Training Program
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Demonstrated good knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics and the ability to apply this knowledge in practical situations
- Demonstrated interest in hospital pharmacy and understanding of the role of a hospital pharmacist
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team member or independently.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skill, including medication counselling to enable a patient to use their medications safely and effectively.
