- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in relevant field or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in project development, implementation, reporting and evaluation. Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, including demonstrated ability to negotiate and facilitate effective discussion.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers and other key stakeholders.
- Understanding of End of Life and Palliative Care in a health care setting.
- Current drivers licence and willingness to drive/travel throughout NSW.
