Selection Criteria

1. Trade qualifications relating to Painting and Decorating / sign writing.
2. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the preparation and application of paints, stains, and surface preparation materials to a wide variety of surfaces.
3. Demonstrated experience in painting internal/external of buildings, plant and equipment, normally found in large hospitals or large multi storey facilities.
4. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in hazardous materials handling, application and disposal.
5. Be conversant with colour matching systems, surface preparation and application techniques.
6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with other trades staff as well as on site engineering management on relevant project matters.
7. Class C Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
8. Sound computer skills associated with Microsoft Office.
