- Experience thinking strategically and prioritising effectively.
- Experience designing and developing 'right-fit' organisational development solutions for complex organisations or environments.
- Ability to demonstrate conceptual analytical skills with creativity and innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate change at all levels of the organisation.
