Ocular Gene Therapies Service Delivery Position
Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in an allied health with genetic/ophthalmic or related expertise
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, project management and managing issues, including across different backgrounds and professional levels.
- Evidence of leadership in research/quality improvement activities which are related but not limited to the genetic or ophthalmology departments.
- Ability to work as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team and a willingness to work flexibly as directed to achieve outcomes which may arise from changing needs and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and demonstrated experience in developing implementation documents for clinical or education purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed planning, organizing and work management abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and commitment to professional improvement.
