Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Registered Nurse
Registration in line with Award requirements: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Extensive senior nursing experience and knowledge of contemporary nursing issues in a high dependency mental health framework.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Demonstrated excellent and effective interpersonal and organisational skills to provide timely and accurate information.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change.
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture, articulate and achieve a vision for Mental Health Nursing Services.
- Knowledge and understanding of the risk minimisation process and WH&S responsibilities.
- Current NSW drivers licence
