- Current authority to practice as a registered nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and a current NSW driver’s license
- Significant clinical and operational experience at a senior level
- High level written, verbal communication and negotiation skills and an ability to work efficiently with others to solve problems
- Demonstrated understanding of financial and resource management
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical requirements for medical and surgical products and equipment procurement
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience
- High level computer skills, database management and relevant computerised inventory systems
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values of Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network
