Nurse Manager Grade 3, Project Manager, Leading Edge Assessment Program - Ballina

1. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (division 1) and relevant tertiary qualification and/ or extensive experience in the clinical setting.
2. Demonstrated understanding of leadership, organisational culture and experience with self-directed work, project management, change management and achieving timely results.
3. Highly developed and proven communication skills that include facilitation and presentation skills, mediation, delegation and negotiation skills and the ability to write reports of a high standard.
4. The ability to recognise and articulate problems, and to develop solution options and recommendations
5. Strong organisational skills including the ability to balance and independently manage workload that includes multiple concurrent priorities.
6. An enthusiastic and flexible approach: able to work closely and adaptively with the immediate team and collaboratively across multiple Local Health Districts and a range of stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated analytical skills, computer literacy and the ability to use a variety of computer applications (e.g. word processing, excel, databases and Intranet)
8. Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
