Selection Criteria
- MBBS or equivalent and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency registration.
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Experience working in acute mental health settings, familiarity with principles and practices of clinical governance and understanding of NSW Mental Health Legislation.
- Experience and evidence of clinical supervision of mental health staff.
- Demonstrated high level of communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of ongoing participation in continuing education.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Current NSW C Class Drivers License.
