Network Simulation Coordinator - External

Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse.

Significant experience working within the paediatric healthcare context and relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing/midwifery or education, or working towards.

Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate education using simulation based methodologies.
-
Demonstrated effective leadership skills including ability to manage projects and prioritise competing demands and deadlines.

Demonstrated evidence of the development of relevant education courses or programs that incorporate the use of adult learning principles.
-
Demonstrated evidence of high level communication and negotiation skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to meet organisational priorities.

Evidence of preparation of written submissions, reports and demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint presentations and the Internet.

Technological comprehension and willingness to work with a range of equipment including Multimedia and simulation technology.
