  2. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with ability to write reports and present findings, and excellent customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  3. Ability to effectively identify, investigate and respond to security incidents or weaknesses in the organisation’s security with some experience in assisting with the development of appropriate solutions
  4. Knowledge of complex network environments, conducting network operations and fault diagnosis tasks and good skills in TCP/IP and LAN/WAN routing and switching protocols
  5. Experience in voice communications networks and related peripheral systems, voice networking concepts, interfaces and technologies, especially VoIP in a large business environments, with understanding of PABX peripheral systems such as voice mail and call accounting systems
  6. Good skill in configuration and implementation of Cisco switches and routers and experience in design and implementation of security systems including Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco IOS ISE, Access Lists and IPSEC based VPNs
  7. Knowledge of Layer 2, 3, and 4 Cisco Switching implementations and [descriptor] the operation of network analysis equipment with ability to interpret packet traces to assist in fault diagnoses and resolution
  8. Good knowledge of cabling infrastructure and current cabling standards and using cable test equipment (e.g. Time Domain Reflectometers) for cable testing and validation
