Selection Criteria:

 

  1. Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award or Part A of the Health and Community Employees Psychologists (State) Award, and discipline registration requirements (if required by the Award).
  2. Extensive post graduate clinical experience working with people with severe and enduring mental illness, specifically housing pathways, social inclusion and community participation.
  3. Demonstrated experience in working with partner organisations, specifically community housing partners.
  4. Demonstrated understanding and experience in identifying and integrating innovative evidence-based practice into service planning, including the evaluation and reporting of service changes.
  5. Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and report and writing.
  6. Demonstrated experience in providing clinical leadership, supervision, training, and working effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license.
