Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award or Part A of the Health and Community Employees Psychologists (State) Award, and discipline registration requirements (if required by the Award).
- Extensive post graduate clinical experience working with people with severe and enduring mental illness, specifically housing pathways, social inclusion and community participation.
- Demonstrated experience in working with partner organisations, specifically community housing partners.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in identifying and integrating innovative evidence-based practice into service planning, including the evaluation and reporting of service changes.
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and report and writing.
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical leadership, supervision, training, and working effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license.
