Selection Criteria:
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in applying the principles of the WHS legislation, associated Regulations and Codes of Practice.
- Appropriate qualifications and / or extensive proven experience in WHS Management at a high level in a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of health and safety strategies and initiatives.
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to: work effectively at all levels of the organization; influence and drive outcomes, through persuasion and the ability to gain respect and creditability with management and employees.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support to an organisation in order to meet organisational objectives, compliance with internal and external audits and key performance indicators
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of training via face to face sessions and workshops
