Selection Criteria:

  1. Class C Driver’s Licence
  2. Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in applying the principles of the WHS legislation, associated Regulations and Codes of Practice.
  3. Appropriate qualifications and / or extensive proven experience in WHS Management at a high level in a large organisation.
  4. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of health and safety strategies and initiatives.
  5. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to: work effectively at all levels of the organization; influence and drive outcomes, through persuasion and the ability to gain respect and creditability with management and employees.
  6. Demonstrated experience in providing support to an organisation in order to meet organisational objectives, compliance with internal and external audits and key performance indicators
  7. Demonstrated experience in delivery of training via face to face sessions and workshops
