Manager Falls Prevention & Safe Patient Care Initiatives - Site Negotiable

Selection Criteria:

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in a health setting.
2. Well-developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills necessary to gather and share information and build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior managers and clinicians.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of methods to achieve improved practices and outcomes with an understanding in applying research and evidence based practice to the workplace with the ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to project management outcomes.
4. Demonstrated ability to provide support and education on a range of improvement methodologies to multidisciplinary teams.
5. Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills including capacity to produce professional written materials including development of project plans, analysis, reports and recommendations to inform decision making.
6. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
