- A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Significant middle management experience in health, with proven capacity to manage multi-disciplinary teams, demonstrate leadership and advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated high level written and communication skills including advanced computer literacy.
- Demonstrated understanding of the development and ongoing management of data collection/evaluation systems and their relation to service development processes.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and policy development skills with demonstrated ability to develop / monitor and report accurately as per organisational reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated competence in the development and ongoing monitoring of budgets to ensure expenditure limits are maintained.
