Essential requirements

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in leading and managing ICT operations at a senior level.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities with a strong focus on agility and risk management.
  • Experience in the development and management of ICT contracts and budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and engage cross-functional groups to understand complex business problems and agree on solutions.
  • Degree or higher in business, technology and/or equivalent experience.

Pre-screening questions

  1. Describe your approach to leading a team of internal and external resources to deliver a complex application development using DevOps or a hybrid on premise/cloud solution.
  2. Describe your experience developing and managing relationships, balancing customer perspectives and forging delivery partnerships across multiple business lines.
