IPARVAN Coordinator - Community Health - Perm FT

- Tertiary qualifications in one of the relevant disciplines and a significant level of program management experience in health.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in successfully planning, managing and evaluating health programs/projects to meet specified objectives, in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Demonstrated advanced written and oral communication skills, experience using a variety of media and communications methods and proficiency with common computer applications.
- Demonstrated experience managing a budget and resources within a health environment, including understanding of accrual and reconciliation processes and the preparation and interpretation of common financial reports.
- Demonstrated high level leadership skills in problem solving/negotiation and change management, with proven ability to lead, motivate and engage staff and management of complex human resource and administrative matters.
- Proficient interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated high level ability to effectively build rapport with various stakeholders relevant to the portfolio.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of and experience in the provision of Violence, Abuse and Neglect related services
- Understanding of and willingness to provide governance to support development and delivery of high quality patient care that is responsive to patient and community needs
