Information Communication Technology Security Operations Officer

2. Extensive experience in leading security solutions and architecture with planning security systems by evaluating network and security technologies; developing requirements for local area networks (LANs}, wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs}, routers, firewalls, and related security and network devices; designs public key infrastructures (PKls), including use of certification authorities (CAs) and digital signatures as well as hardware and software; adhering to industry standards.
3. Working experience in the following security domains: ISO27001, ISMS, Identity and Access Management, network security, application security, Public Key Infrastructure, Data Protection, Trusted Platforms, network threat mitigation and security governance.
4. Demonstrated experience in conducting Threat Risk Assessments, leading risk workshops, information security assessments of applications and infrastructure.
5. Knowledge of security frameworks relating to cloud services and information handling and solid experience in the implementation and configuration of Network Access Controls (NAC), Host Intrusion Prevention Systems (HIPS), Network Visibility software (i.e. NetFlow, etc) and Rogue Detection and Antivirus solutions.
6. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, team focus and dedication to customer service with the ability to communicate complex technical problems effectively to business managers in a clear and concise way in language and concepts they can understand.
7. Experience in developing, establishing and maintaining security related standards, policies, processes, best practices and design patterns in large organisations; identifying opportunities to forge productive strategic relationships with staff and other key stakeholders, industry, sponsors and relevant agencies, through fostering collaborative partnerships in order to ensure security architecture objectives are met.
8. Relevant qualifications and/or experience specifically related to Information Security architecture and/or Enterprise / Information Technology architecture and/or experience as a Security Architect preferably in Consulting, Financial Services or Government Agency.
