- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) AND Relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience, OR a combination of study and work experience; and demonstrated commitment to professional development. Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with demonstrated networks and partnerships with multiple / key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to critically think, prioritise competing demands, make decisions independently but also work effectively as team member.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of quality improvement strategies.
- Sound knowledge of health clinical information systems, and collection, analysis and reporting requirements to management.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Financial Management, Equal Employment Opportunity legislation, Work Health and Safety principles, Cultural Diversity, Patient Safety and Risk Management.
