Selection Criteria:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow directions and meet specified time schedules
- Previous recent experience in a similar position within a healthcare facility and/or in a commercial cleaning service.
- Demonstrated knowledge of infection control procedures
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a member of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties as outlined in the job demands and understanding of good manual.handling capabilities
- Demonstrated understanding of universal precautions and waste segregation.
