Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Tertiary qualifications in health promotion, population health, education, communication, marketing, child care, allied health (e.g. Dietician, Exercise Physiologist) or relevant field.
- Proven experience working in the Healthy Children’s Initiative, including Go4Fun, Munch and Move, Live Life Well or similar program targeting childhood obesity.
- High level project management skills including demonstrated ability to plan, implement, evaluate and disseminate a population health project and report on project outcomes.
- Sound organisational and computer skills, and the capacity to successfully manage several tasks concurrently to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a cross cultural context, and the ability to work with and engage young people and their families and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal direction and as part of a team.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
