Selection Criteria:
- Current Class 1A Security Industry Licence, Senior First Aid Certificate and Class C Drivers’ Licence.
- Minimum 12 months (full time equivalent) experience in the security industry as a security officer, or equivalent qualifications.
- COMSAFE certificate for Fire Safety Officer Training, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a small team.
- Demonstrated experience with rostering.
- Demonstrated high-level computer skills and high-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively and safely managing challenging people and behaviours.
- Sound understanding of Work, Health and Safety.
